SuperPaint Exterior Satin
1 finish coat
Quality acrylic exterior coating with weather, fading and dirt resistance.
Consider for a sound existing coating and similar color, only when full coverage and label directions allow.
Lowest-coat-count scope; not a substitute for surface repairs or required primer.
Workmanship: 1 year on eligible scopes. Manufacturer product coverage is separate.
Two coats can improve color consistency and coverage when the existing finish is uneven or the new color differs. They also help meet specified product film-build requirements when appropriate. Any required cleaning, surface repairs and primer are additional scope items—two coats do not eliminate preparation.
Sherwin-Williams currently lists Lifetime Limited Warranty product coverage for SuperPaint and Emerald exterior lines. That is not a lifetime labor warranty; eligibility depends on the exact product's written terms, proper preparation, specified film thickness and application requirements. Perfect Solutions' workmanship term is separate and must appear in the accepted proposal. Understand both warranties →

Not sure which package fits? Ask for a recommendation after the property assessment.
Start with a request. A final price depends on the property, surface condition, access, preparation, colors and agreed coating system. This page does not calculate an instant binding price.
Which of the four packages should I choose?
Compare the coating and finish-coat count below. A one-coat option is only appropriate when the existing surface, coverage needs and product requirements allow it. The property assessment determines the recommendation.
Does two coats mean no primer is needed?
No. Primer and surface preparation are separate decisions. The written proposal identifies any needed primer or conditioner and the number of finish coats.
What happens after I request a quote?
The team reviews your request, discusses your goals and coordinates the property assessment and written proposal. Submitting a request does not book a painting date or obligate you to purchase.
Do I need HOA color approval?
Changing colors may require community approval. If you are keeping the same colors, confirm whether your community requires a notice or approval. Check any neighboring-color restrictions before selecting a scheme; this site does not verify neighboring properties. Confirm body, trim, additional accents and door colors in writing.
What about rain or damp surfaces?
Application depends on surface dryness, weather and manufacturer requirements. The team coordinates any necessary scheduling changes.
Are repairs, doors and extra colors included?
Only items specified in the accepted proposal are included. Ask for stucco or siding repairs, doors, shutters, extra colors and other additions to be clearly listed.
What warranty will I receive?
Review the written workmanship terms in your proposal. Manufacturer product warranties are separate and subject to their own requirements; no coverage duration is promised by this page.
How can I prepare for the visit?
Have your address, HOA requirements, color ideas and questions ready. Point out peeling paint, cracks, moisture concerns and areas with difficult access.
